1. Introduction
We at ChecktoBuy want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic items or sneakers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging (e.g., the original items or shoe box) included. The box is considered part of the product for any items or sneakers.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sneakers that show signs of wear (e.g., scuffed soles, dirt, creasing).
- Items without their original box or with damaged boxes.
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at ctthbiz@gmail.com within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded the product's purchase price only.
7. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To get a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ctthbiz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve this for you promptly.
