At ChecktoBuy, we process orders quickly to ensure you get your items or sneakers as fast as possible. Please review this policy carefully regarding order cancellations and changes.
1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We can only attempt to cancel an order if we receive your request before it has entered the fulfillment process.
- How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, you must immediately contact us at ctthbiz@gmail.com with your order number. Please use the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation Request".
- Short Window: We cannot guarantee a cancellation as our team works swiftly to prepare orders for shipment. We will do our best to accommodate requests made within 1-2 hours of placing the order.
- If Your Order Has Already Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. When the package arrives, you can refuse delivery, and it will be returned to us. Please see our Return Policy for details on how to receive a refund once we receive the returned item.
2. Changes to an Order (Shipping Address or Items)
- We cannot add, remove, or change items in an order once it has been placed. You would need to cancel the existing order (see above) and place a new one.
- We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed due to security reasons. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will try to intercept the shipment with the carrier, but this is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation by ChecktoBuy
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for the following reasons:
- Suspected Fraud: Orders that fail our fraud detection checks or appear suspicious will be cancelled immediately. The customer may be notified and asked to verify their information and re-place the order.
- Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical error on the website where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any orders placed for that product. We will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Although rare due to our live inventory, if an item sells out unexpectedly between you placing the order and our system processing it, we will have to cancel the order for that item. You will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
- Violation of Purchase Limits: For limited-release sneakers, we may impose a "1 per customer" limit. Orders that violate this limit will be cancelled.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If we cancel your order, or if we successfully process your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Pre-Orders & Special Orders
- This is a critical section if you plan to do pre-orders.
- All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that you are committing to buy the item once it is released and shipped to you.
- We will provide an estimated shipping date for pre-order items. These dates are estimates and subject to change based on releases from our suppliers. Delays do not entitle you to a cancellation.
